Welded hosel conversions for players and collectors who want the right setup — not just a different look.
Each conversion is specified to the putter, the player, and the neck configuration required. Toe hang, release, offset, look at address — everything changes with the hosel. Nothing is off the shelf.
Standard Plumber Neck
Plumber Neck Conversion
The most versatile buildThe Plumber Neck — or L-Neck — is the most versatile hosel conversion in the atelier. It allows precise adjustment of loft, lie, toe hang, balance and offset, while delivering the clean, tour-familiar silhouette many players want at address. It is the reference option when the objective is to match the putter more precisely to the player's stroke and visual preferences.
Chaque hosel est monté sur un tip .370" pour ouvrir un maximum d'upgrade de shaft. Chaque conversion est spécifiée au mouvement du joueur, à son pattern de release et à ses objectifs de performance.
Arc strokes — moderate to prominent — who want a natural toe flow and a clean, precise look at address.

Welded Low Torque
Low Torque Mod
Maximum face stabilityThis conversion is built to keep the face as stable as possible through the stroke. By welding the shaft so it intersects the head closer to its true center of gravity, the build reduces face rotation, limits unwanted wrist action, and creates a very stable presentation through impact. It suits players who want to focus on pace and start line with minimal manipulation.
Depending on the head and the final spec, the shaft can be welded through the top line or internally for a cleaner, tour-inspired finish. The goal remains the same: a more neutral path, less rotation, and tighter control through the hitting zone.
Players who want to eliminate face rotation at impact and need a tool as predictable and neutral as possible at every stroke.
Welded Pipe Neck
Pipe / Flow Neck
Fluid arc — Clean transitionInspired by vintage constructions where added neck mass subtly influenced head balance, the Pipe Neck brings a softer, more continuous visual line at address while keeping the build precise and performance-led. Each hosel is milled to accept a .370" over-shaft configuration.
Players who prefer a freer release and a more fluid toe flow — and want a more organic, continuous look at address.
Welded Center Shaft
Center Shaft
Near face-balanced — Highly tunableOur welded Center Shaft is a precision option for players looking for a near face-balanced stroke with minimal arc. Hand-welded directly to the top line of a blade or mallet, this conversion creates a stable connection point that can be tuned according to the player's preferred look at address and desired amount of toe flow.
Depending on shaft placement, the build typically produces between 15° and 30° of toe flow — a range that can be set with precision during the fitting logic of the project. It is an extremely adjustable configuration for players who want to dial in feel, balance and presentation in a very exact way.
Les strokes droits ou quasi droits qui cherchent le setup le plus pur possible — offset minimal, toe flow contrôlé, tête directement dans l'axe.
Welded Short Slant
Short Slant
Moderate to prominent arc — Traditional setupThe Short Slant is a preferred setup for players with a moderate to prominent arc in their stroke. It naturally increases toe hang for a very traditional feeling putter setup — close to what the best players have used for decades. Compared to a standard L-Neck, the Short Slant delivers the same responsive feel with slightly reduced offset and a cleaner look at address.
It can be fitted to both carbon steel and stainless steel heads — and makes for a particularly striking two-tone aesthetic.
Moderate to prominent arc strokes looking for a tour-inspired setup, natural toe hang, and a clean, traditional look at address.
Each conversion is evaluated individually.
Each hosel conversion project is evaluated based on the base head, material, weld compatibility, target balance, and final spec. Not all conversions are possible on all models — feasibility is confirmed at the brief stage.
Lie, loft and alignment are adjusted to player spec within the same process. The final configuration is specified and documented before any commitment.
