Tour dots
Targeted material removal, mass redistribution, adjustment of toe flow or swing weight — Tour Dots are a technical operation as much as an aesthetic decision. Each location, each diameter, each depth is defined according to the project's goals.
Five reasons to choose Tour Dots.
Weight reduction
Tour Dots let the head be lightened precisely by removing material at defined points. It's one of the few ways to adjust the weight of an existing putter without changing its geometry or replacing components. The weight reduction can be global or targeted, depending on the player's needs.
Mass redistribution
By removing material at a specific spot, Tour Dots shift the head's centre of mass. Depending on their position — towards the heel, the toe, or the centre — they subtly change the perceived balance and the feel of the head through the stroke.
Influence on toe flow and balance
The position of the dots on the head affects how weight is distributed between heel and toe — and therefore the natural toe hang and toe flow of the putter. Precise placement towards the toe lightens that area and can reduce toe hang. Placement towards the heel produces the opposite effect.
Visual signature
Tour Dots give a head an instantly recognisable visual character — that of prototype and tour putters. Unlike a stamp or an engraving, they are part of the metal itself: they don't wear off, don't peel away, and age with the head.
Integration into a bespoke build
Tour Dots fit naturally into a larger project: hosel conversion, face re-milling, re-finishing, engraving. They can be the starting point of a build or its final detail — in both cases, their placement is defined in keeping with the project as a whole.

Every layout is thought through before it's executed.
Not every head allows the same layouts. The thickness of the metal, the geometry of the sole, and the available areas determine what's possible — and what isn't.
The weight target is calculated before any work. The number and diameter of the dots are determined by the target result, not by a predefined aesthetic.
The position of the dots follows directly from the desired balance. Lightening at the toe, at the heel, or spread evenly — each choice has measurable consequences for how the putter behaves.
A discreet build with a few well-placed dots doesn't follow the same logic as a bold layout across the whole sole. The aesthetic is always consistent with the overall project — never imposed for its own sake.
