Brief & Scope
Every build starts with a conversation in order to define your poject scope. You submit a brief through the application form. Every application is personally reviewed by Rod to ensure the project aligns with our capabilities and current workshop capacity A slot is only confirmed after that review and online payment is made.
Bench Work
You'll receive confirmation as soon as your putter arrives safely at the workshop and undergoes an initial inspection. Once confirmed, the head enters the workshop process. The bench runs a limited number of concurrent projects — your build is never competing for attention.
Approval & Delivery
Before the putter leaves the studio,you'll receive detailed photos of the completed build for your review and approval. It is then shiped with documented specs and care notes — a record of exactly what was done and why.

Unik Golf is run by Rod — former high-level amateur player and putter specialist based in France. The studio focuses exclusively on bespoke builds and deep restorations for players who care the most.
The bench is equipped for precision milling machines, plating baths, a laser engraver, precision measuring tools, surface finishing equipment and more. Every stage of a project — from the initial metalwork to the final finish — is handled in-house by Rod. Nothing is outsourced, no process is delegated, and no detail is passed over. What leaves the bench reflects exactly the brief that came in.
